Two days of pool. Plenty at stake. A few partnerships nearly at stake too.

Held over 26 & 27 September 2026, the KGNS In-House 8-Ball Doubles Challenge 2026 proved that doubles can test more than just your skill at the table. There were missed shots, disagreements and a few questionable decisions, but nobody walked out, the balls kept dropping and the partnerships somehow survived.

And what a result. Kevin Paul & Faizal Zaharudin emerged as Champions!

Even former KGNS Pool Champions Kesvaran Murugasu (2024 & 2025) and Yip Khay Koon (2022 & 2023) could not stop the surprise run to the title. Yip Khay Koon & Amer Khalef finished as Runners-Up, while Kesvaran Murugasu & Balu Krishnan and Lee Yew Wei & Tan Chee Siang shared 3rd place.

A good partnership does not mean agreeing on every shot. Sometimes, you disagree, regroup and somehow end up holding the trophy together. Congratulations to all our players, and especially our Champions, Kevin & Faizal!
